De l&#8217;ancienne ville subsistent presque intacts deux temples que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rams%C3%A8s_II\">Rams\u00e8s&nbsp;<abbr title=\"2\">II<\/abbr><\/a>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/XIXe_dynastie_%C3%A9gyptienne\"><abbr title=\"Dix-neuvi\u00e8me\">XIX<sup>e<\/sup><\/abbr>&nbsp;dynastie<\/a>) fit creuser dans le gr\u00e8s de la montagne occidentale, face au Nil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le grand temple, pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 de quatre colosses assis repr\u00e9sentant le pharaon, \u00e9tait consacr\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C3%AA\">R\u00ea<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Amon\">Amon<\/a>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rams%C3%A8s_II\">Rams\u00e8s&nbsp;<abbr title=\"2\">II<\/abbr><\/a>.
